What makes Trellamar purses different?

Our purses are individually 3D printed and designed to make a statement. Each piece blends innovative design, modern craftsmanship, and signature Trellamar style.

Are the purses made to order?

Select Trellamar pieces may be made to order. Because each purse requires printing, finishing, and a quality check, please allow the processing time listed on the product page before shipment. 

Will every purse look exactly the same?

Small variations and subtle layer lines are a natural part of the 3D-printing process. These details are not considered defects- they're part of what makes each Trellamar piece unique.

What materials are used?

Materials may vary depending on the design and collection. Specific material information will be included in each product listing.

How do I care for my purse?

Gently clean your bag with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, prolonged direct sunlight, and high temperatures. We do not recommend leaving your purse inside a hot vehicle.

Will more colors be available?

Of course. Many of our signature designs will be released in multiple colors, from sophisticated neutrals to bold statement shades.

Do you offer jewelry?

Yes. Trellamar is more than handbags. Our jewelry collections feature beautiful statement pieces designed to compliment your Trellamar style. 

When will my order ship?

Once your order has been completed, inspected, and packaged, you'll receive shipping and tracking information. Please refer to the product listing for current processing times.

What is your return policy?

Return and exchange eligibility may vary depending on the item. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Once production or processing has started, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order.
